Public announcement on the safety and security of HCFC-141b production line of Jiangsu Blue Planet Environmental Protection Technology Co.

(hereinafter referred to as "Blue Planet") HCFC-141b production line has been shut down on 1 January 2015. According to the safety and security policy of the World Bank and the requirements of the national environmental assessment regulations, the safety and security matters after the shutdown are hereby publicized (please refer to the annex for details) and opinions are sought from the relevant affected people.
