Bluestar 3000 Electronic Fluorinated Liquid possesses ideal chemical inertness, excellent thermal conductivity, superior electrical insulation properties, extremely low surface tension, and good system compatibility. It is widely used in various temperature control and heat dissipation systems, such as immersion liquid cooling systems for data center servers, and various stages of semiconductor manufacturing processes (including LED chips). As a thermal conductive medium (temperature range -100℃~165℃), its main applications include etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, testing equipment, IC testing equipment, energy storage battery protection, temperature control systems for major components of lithium-ion battery powered vehicles (motors, battery packs, etc.), phased array radar heat dissipation systems, nuclear power, ultra-high voltage power grids, cooling and heat dissipation systems for internal heating components of wind turbines, various heat pipes, heat spreader plates, expansion plates, heat sinks, and biopharmaceutical equipment temperature control.
